Bob G. Gill
April 28, 1928 - September 26, 2006
Bob G. Gill son of Alva and Susie (Stafford) Gill was born April 6, 1925 in Louann, Arkansas and departed this life to be with his Lord on September 26, 2006 in Muskogee, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years, 5 months and 19 days.
He was a World War II Army Veteran where he received several honors some including; the Phillipine Liberation Medal with one Bronze Star, Good Conduct Medal, Victory Medal and the Asiatic Pacific Service Medal.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 1st wife: Lorene (Leatherwood) Gill.
He is survived by a very loving family that includes his wife: Mary "Bug" Gill, 1 son: Lloyd John English, 1 daughter: Rebecca (Becky English) Lissard, 4 granddaughters, 8 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Funeral services were held Saturday, September 30, 2006 in the Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Chapel with Bro. Ronnie Ford officiating.
Interment followed in the Ewing Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
