I. Louise Parent, the daughter of Roy Clinton and Martha Tilda (Shepherd) Clinton, was born March 30, 1940, in Baron, Oklahoma and passed away October 17, 2009, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas at the age of 69 years, 6 months and 17 days.
Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 21, 2009, at Hart Memorial Chapel in Westville with Bro. James Duffell officiating. Interment will follow at Downing Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Westville.
