Boon Chuculate was born about 1877-1878 I.T. to Eli Chuculate born in I.T. and Louise Scott born in I.T.

Boon was 50 yrs old at the time of death. He died on July 1, 1928 at 10:30 a.m. He was listed as a married cherokee male and a farmer. Jos A. Patton M.D., was the medical doctor in charge. Cause of death was listed as heart failure. Dr. Patton states he did not see the deceased.

Informant was Jos A. Patton of Stilwell. Report was filed on July 2, 1928, W C Lee was the registrar.

He was buried in the Chuculate Cemetery, undertaker was listed as J. F. Roberts of Stilwell.
