Tahlequah, OK- Funeral services for Bruce Teal will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, February 13, 2007, at the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Allen Schneider officiating.

Interment will follow at Bunch Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
Bruce Teal was born on March 10, 1930, in Tulsa, OK to Ben and Juanita (Choate) Teal and passed away in Tulsa on Saturday, February 10, 2007, after reaching the age of 76 years, 10 months and 19 days.
Bruce served his country overseas with the Air Force in the Korean Conflict and later worked for Texaco for many years as a petroleum engineer. He enjoyed the outdoors and spent much of his spare time fishing and playing golf. He was a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks.
Bruce was preceded in death by his parents and grand parents as well as two sisters, Pat Evans and Sue Fox.
He is survived by his children, John Teal of Tahlequah, Cindy Hop and her husband Tim of Colfax, WI, and Catherine Rich of Lompoc, CA; five grandchildren, Ashley Hop of Colfax, WI, and Torri Payne, John Bruce Teal III, Gabrielle Lelynn Teal and Lenzi Paige Teal, all of Burk Burnett, TX; and many other family, friends and loved ones.
