Phyllis Elaine Noblin
Phyllis Elaine Noblin, daughter of Marion and Ala Mae (Mustain) Grubbs, was born on October 8, 1949 in Duncan, Oklahoma and departed from this life on Monday, October 29, 2012 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas at the age of 63 years and 21 days.
She married J.D. Noblin and they were blessed with a wonderful marriage of 42 years and a large family. Phyllis worked as a Flipper for Gates Rubber Company for many years. She loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren. Phyllis enjoyed shopping and talking on the phone to catch up on friends and family. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
Preceding her in death were her parents: Marion and Ala Mae Grubbs and grandson: Zachary Kirk Shawn.
Phyllis is survived by a very loving family that includes her husband: J.D. of the home in Westville, daughters: Tammy Balmain of Westville, Theresa Noblin and companion Greg Bean of Watts, OK, Tara Ritter and husband Brian of Stilwell, OK, sister: Dorothy Mitchell of Lubbock, TX, brothers: Randy Grubbs of Tuttle, OK, Howard Grubbs and Dennis Grubbs of Temple, OK, Cecil Grubbs of Oklahoma City, 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held at 10 am on Friday, November 2, 2012 at Roberts & Hart Chapel, Westville, OK with Tim Bailey officiating. Interment followed at Old Baptist Mission Cemetery.
