Annie Opal Brooks Obit

Mrs. Jess (Annie Opal) Brooks, 75, of 1301 S. Park, Unit C-18, died Tuesday morning in Bartlett Memorial Hospital.

She had moved to Sapulpa in 1950, left for a time and returned in November, 1972 from Watts, Okla.

She was born Sept. 29, 1898, in Weddington Gap, Ark.

Survivors are her husband Jess; three sons, Doyle C. of Westville, Dorrence H. of 644 E. Jackson N., Sapulpa, and Dale L. of Benicia, Calif; one daughter, Mrs. Juanita Shook of Tulsa; 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Thursday in Siloam Springs, Ark, with interment under direction of Nelson Funeral Service in the Bell cemetery between Watts, Okla., and Siloam Springs.
