Robert Gene Evans, son of Robert Dale Evans and Marlene (Vann Chuculate) Evans, was born December 20, 1964 in Tahlequah, OK, and departed this life on April 13, 2015 in Stilwell, OK, at the age of 50 years.

He liked visiting with friends and telling funny stories. Robert enjoyed fishing and working on bikes and lawnmowers. He had a knack for repairing things. Robert had many friends and will be missed.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents: Robert and Marlene Evans, sister: Linda Kay Evans, half-brother: Wesley Evans, grandparents: Charley and Mary Jane Johnson.

He leaves behind a loving family that includes his siblings: Ricky Evans, Jr. of Stilwell, OK, Carrie Stutchman and husband Mike of Braggs, OK, Carolyn Roberts and fiance` Loren of Stilwell, Kathy Silva and husband Jose of Dallas, TX, nephews: Wade Duncan, Josh Evans, Robert Catron, Joseph Roberts, Wylie Duncan, Jesus Silva, Weslie Garcia, niece: Katie Marlena Silva, aunts: Ramona Sanders, Wynona Christie, Linda Livers and Marie Soap, uncles: Ernest Johnson, Donald Johnson, Ronald Johnson and Albert Johnson.

Robert is also survived by many friends.

Funeral services were held at 10 am on Friday, April 17, 2015 at Roberts Reed-Culver Chapel with Bro. Bill Pettit and Bro. Joseph Roberts officiating. Interment followed at Beaver (Hickory Vann) Cemetery, Bunch, OK.
