The cause of death was listed as dropsy. Jos A. Patton M.D., was listed as certifying doctor but stated, he did not see her at all.
Jim Ellison of Bunch OK., was the informant. Roberts & Reed was listed as Undetaker.
Report was filed on June 1, 1919 with W. C. Lee as Registrar.
She was buried on June 1, 1919, in the Beaver Cemetery.
