Patton M.D., was listed as certifying doctor but stated, he did not see her.Mrs. J. N. Mattox of Stilwell, OK., was the informant. Report filed on October 23, 1920 with W. C. Lee as Registrar.She was buried in the Beaver Family Cemetery. Undertaker was listed as none.
